On The Road Again Touring Events 2025

We’re excited to announce two major touring events for 2025.

May 2–4, 2025: A Scenic 3-Day Tour to Walpole

This 3-day event will take us from Pinjarra to Bridgetown and on to Walpole, where we’ll stay for two nights. On Sunday, we’ll head to Dardanup, via Pemberton, wrapping up at the Dardanup Heritage Park by early afternoon. If you’d like to extend your stay, we have a group booking at the Rose Hotel in Bunbury for Sunday night.

The Heritage Park boasts an impressive collection of farm machinery and other heritage items. It’s located about 110 km from Mandurah and 180 km from Perth, easily accessible via freeway roads. Along the way, we’ll drive on the newly completed Wilman Wadandi Highway, just 1.5 km from the park.

For accommodation, we recommend the Walpole Caravan Park, which has several chalets and cabins, and where most of our meals will be held. Other options include the Walpole Hotel/Motel and the Tree Top Walk Motel.

The Journey:

• On Friday, we’ll travel through beautiful farming country to Bridgetown for lunch, then continue scenic gravel roads through timber regions to Walpole.
• Saturday is a leisurely day, with a scenic drive past lookouts and the famous Tree Top Walk, followed by lunch in Denmark. After lunch, we’ll head back to Walpole for a 2-hour leisurely cruise along the Walpole River, included in your event fee.
• On Sunday, we’ll enjoy a long yet scenic drive to Dardanup Heritage Park, passing through sand plains, bush, and farming areas. You can explore the park at your own pace and enjoy lunch at the café before heading home.

Event Costs: The entry fee for this event is $200, which covers:

• A name badge (just in case, we don’t want you to get lost!),
• A polo shirt,
• Two evening meals, one breakfast, one lunch,
• And the Walpole River cruise, normally valued at $65.

Esperance Tour – 3rd Quarter of 2025

Later in the year, we’re planning a 7–8-day tour to Esperance. The route will take us through the wheat country with stops along the way, before spending two days in Esperance. We’ll then head back through the wheat and cropping belt to Perth. If you know of any unique places or things to do along the way, we’d love to hear your suggestions as we finalize the itinerary!
